01. Overview

KNOO Studio creates apps and games, including Stack to Match for iOS. This Privacy Policy applies to Stack to Match and other KNOO Studio apps and games that reference it. The specific services and gameplay examples below describe Stack to Match; information processed by another app depends on the features and services it uses.

This policy explains how information may be handled when you play, use third-party services within the game, visit this website, or contact us.

02. Information We Handle

KNOO Studio does not intentionally ask players to provide personal information such as their name or email address simply to play Stack to Match. Game progress and preferences are saved locally on your device.

The game also uses third-party services that may automatically collect or process technical, usage, analytics, advertising, and consent-related information. Depending on the service and settings, this may include app or installation identifiers, device and operating-system information, app version, usage events, advertising interactions, and privacy-choice records.

Not asking for your name does not mean no data is collected or that all information is anonymous. The advertising and analytics services described below may use identifiers to distinguish app installations or devices.

If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any details or attachments you choose to share. We use this information to address your request. Please avoid including passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.

03. Analytics

Stack to Match uses Firebase Analytics, also known as Google Analytics for Firebase, to understand how the game is used and improve gameplay.

Gameplay analytics may include game starts, level starts, completions, failures and restarts, the game mode and level, number of moves, approximate active play time, and interactions with rewarded advertisements. These help us understand progression, difficulty, and use of game features. The service may also collect app usage and session information automatically.

KNOO Studio’s custom gameplay analytics events are not designed to contain your name or email address. Google Analytics may nevertheless process app-instance identifiers and technical information under its own policies and the applicable service settings.

04. Advertising

Stack to Match uses Google AdMob to display advertisements, including banner ads and optional rewarded advertisements for in-game benefits.

Google and its advertising partners may process information to provide, measure, secure, and personalize advertising, depending on applicable law, service settings, device permissions, and your consent or privacy choices. Not all advertisements are personalized.

Advertising services may process IP addresses (which can indicate approximate location), device information and identifiers where permitted, ad views and interactions, crash information, and performance diagnostics. These may support ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, analytics, and service improvements.

05. Privacy Choices and Consent

The game uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP), where applicable, to request and manage privacy or advertising consent choices. The messages and choices available may depend on your region, applicable law, and the service configuration.

When required by UMP, the game displays a Privacy Options control in Settings so you can revisit applicable choices. Your choices may affect the availability or personalization of advertisements. This control manages the choices presented by UMP; it should not be assumed to switch off all analytics collection.

Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission is separate from UMP consent. UMP consent alone does not grant permission for tracking that requires Apple’s authorization. Where relevant, you can review app tracking permissions in your iOS settings.

To change or withdraw an advertising consent choice, open Settings in the game, choose Privacy Options when it is available, and use the choices shown. If the control is not available or you need help, contact us. Changing advertising choices does not necessarily stop all advertising-related processing, such as processing needed for security or non-personalized ads.

The current version does not provide a separate in-game switch for Firebase Analytics. Advertising choices and iOS tracking permission are not a general analytics on/off control. Contact us with questions or requests about analytics. Sending an email does not automatically stop collection in an installed app or delete previously collected information.

06. Third-Party Services

Stack to Match uses the following Google services. Information handled by these services is subject to their applicable terms, policies, and configurations.

07. Children’s Privacy

KNOO Studio does not knowingly use Stack to Match to solicit personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to us, please contact us so we can review and address the concern.

08. Data Retention and Deletion

Third-party service providers may retain and process information according to their own policies and the applicable service settings. Retention may vary by the type of information and its purpose. Information you send directly to KNOO Studio may be retained as reasonably needed to address your request and meet applicable obligations.

Deleting Stack to Match from your iPhone removes its locally stored game progress and preferences from that installation. Offloading the app is different and may keep its data. Deleting the app does not itself request deletion of information already held by Google or other service providers, and does not remove copies that may exist in device backups.

09. Your Rights and Data Requests

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on it.

To make a request, email support@knoostudio.com with the subject “Stack to Match privacy request”. Tell us whether your request concerns a support message, information from the game, or a privacy choice, and what you would like us to do. For support correspondence, contact us from the email address you used where possible. Do not send passwords, payment information, or identity documents in your initial request.

We will review the request and may ask for limited additional information needed to verify it or locate relevant records. The game does not use a player account linking your email address to an app installation, so an email address alone may not let us identify your analytics or advertising records. We will explain any limitations and, where appropriate, direct you to the relevant provider’s request process. We cannot promise to locate or delete records we cannot identify or control.

Requests are handled subject to applicable law, including any permitted retention needed for legal obligations, security, or resolving disputes. Withdrawing consent does not undo processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Google’s privacy controls and information about your choices explain additional options for information Google handles.

10. Security

KNOO Studio takes reasonable measures when handling information under its control. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.

11. This Website

This website provides studio, game, support, and privacy information. It does not run Firebase Analytics, AdMob, UMP, advertising trackers, or data-submission forms. The game’s use of these services is separate from this website.

The website is served by Firebase Hosting, which may process technical request information, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect the service. Following an external link takes you to a service with its own privacy practices.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy as our apps, services, or privacy practices change. We will post the updated policy here and revise the “Last updated” date above.
